Terms of Service

Tokenbase is a source-side collection platform that reads the local session logs your AI coding agents write to disk, normalizes them, and shows engineering leaders team-level spend and utilization. Tokenbase is never in the model request path and, by default, never uploads source code or message bodies.

You are responsible for the activity under your account and workspace, for keeping your credentials and device tokens secure, and for ensuring that everyone you invite is authorized to access your organization's data. You must provide accurate information and promptly revoke access for devices or members that should no longer have it.

You agree not to misuse the service: no attempting to access another tenant's data, no reverse-engineering or probing the platform for vulnerabilities outside a sanctioned disclosure process, no using Tokenbase to surveil individuals, and no use that violates applicable law or the rights of others. Tokenbase's aggregate-only views and cohort thresholds are a core part of the product and must not be circumvented.

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We process it to provide the service, subject to the data-residency and metadata-only defaults you configure. We do not sell your data.

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We may update the service and these terms; if we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify workspace admins.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tokenbase is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
